Roughly an hour ahead of the start time on your quote. Setup covers the bar build, the ice, and the garnish prep, so nothing eats into your first hour with guests.
Can we skip the tip jar?
Yes. Select No Tip Jar when you request the quote. The staff is then paid a set gratuity up front so nobody at your event is prompted to tip.
Do you supply the alcohol?
Not by default. Our quote covers the staff and the bar, and you buy the alcohol and mixers so you keep control of the menu and the budget. If you would rather not shop, we charge a $99 shopping fee plus the cost of the ingredients and bring everything with us.
Can you make a family recipe or a custom drink?
If you can describe it, we can pour it. The only things we cannot work with are blenders and dry ice. Five signature drinks is about the limit before the line slows down.
How do I pay?
All the major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and others. For the shopping service you can also pay by ACH transfer, though those funds take longer to clear.
