How far ahead should I book?
Ask for a quote at least two weeks out. Our staff usually gets booked weeks and often months ahead, so earlier is safer, and earlier still in peak season. There is no upper limit either. Book three years out if that is where you are.
Do you supply the alcohol?
Not by default. Our quote covers the staff and the bar, and you buy the alcohol and mixers so you keep control of the menu and the budget. If you would rather not shop, we charge a $99 shopping fee plus the cost of the ingredients and bring everything with us.
Can I talk to the bartender before the event?
Yes. Once your lead bartender is assigned, you get an introduction email with their name, phone, and email on copy. Staffing usually happens about two to three weeks out, and you can leave notes for the crew in your client portal before then.
Do I have to book a minimum block of time in Rolling Hills?
